自助餐主食方面有多样化的选择，之中的主打是烤火鸡和烤牛排。除此以外，鱼肉、羊肉与鸡肉也是选项之中。至于海鲜方面是以冷盘的方式呈现，食材是当天捕获的新鲜上岸海鲜。另外，E&O Hotel自助餐向来闻名的日式寿司及刺身也包括在内。值得一提的是开胃菜以Fine Dine方式呈现，一小份精美摆盘的美食看起来让人食指大动，形形色色的选择让人眼花缭乱。浓汤方面有两种选择，浓郁烟熏鲑鱼马铃薯汤以及经典法式洋葱浓汤。如果把这些美食顺序排列，不难发现这其实就是5 courses meal呀！对于食量大的顾客们，既可以吃到多份精致美食又可以重复吃爱吃的那道菜，可说是一石二鸟。
