今天Cony 要为大家介绍这间位于槟城E&O酒店里的英式酒吧 -- FARQUHAR'S BAR !! James Bond 007在电影里头少不了酒吧喝酒的镜头，还记得007最爱喝的是Vesper Martini吗？他对鸡尾酒的独特要求是一定要手摇(shake)不可以用搅拌(stir)。场景的装潢都非常豪华，皮革沙发搭配水晶灯，顾客们都是绅士女士穿燕尾服或晚装，反映出英国人对酒的严苛要求和享受。
在忙碌的生活中，偶尔与三五好友或是闺蜜们聚一聚，到E&O酒店的Farquhar's Bar喝一杯，聊聊生活，让自己好好放松 chill 一 chill ! 踏入Heritage Wing，直如来到欧式大宅，沿着走到来到Farquhar's Bar (之前的1885)，在里面坐在真皮沙发或沙发椅或吧台上把酒言欢，既舒适又cozy。食物饮品亦配合装潢意念，但注入新演绎方法。套一句广东话：“睇得又食得”！

Farquhar’s Bar is a handsome vintage cocktail bar featuring a classic long bar of oak and brass, its lush interiors decorated with antique fittings and plush leather sofas. Whether you fancy a refreshing cocktail or a cool pint, relax with your favourite drink and enjoy a view of Penang’s waterfront.
Returning hotel guests will be glad to learn that the much-loved Farquhar’s Bar has managed to retain its name although it has now been relocated to a new location. The bar has been modelled as a vintage cocktail bar, with stunning views of Penang’s waterfront outside its expansive windows.
Guests can expect to unwind with a selection of fine beverages including classic cocktails and time-honoured bar staples at the Farquhar’s Bar while taking in the scenic view of the Andaman Sea.
The Heritage Wing of the E&O Hotel is refurbishment and now opened to public in December 2019. Rooms are available for booking on the E&O Hotel website.

血腥玛丽Bloody Mary，是一种可以在上午供应的，酒精含量较低的红色鸡尾酒。基本成分是伏特加、番茄汁和其他各种配料，如辣酱油、塔巴斯科辣椒酱、法式清汤、辣根、芹菜、橄榄、盐、黑胡椒、辣椒、柠檬汁、芹菜盐。因此也被许多人认为是世界上最难喝的鸡尾酒。而每年的1月1号也被成为【血腥玛丽日Bloody Mary Day】。这个日子是为了纪念血腥玛丽这款全球知名的鸡尾酒。

以下这些就是Farquhar's Bar酒吧的下酒菜/小吃。虽然Cony平时不是很喜欢吃海鲜，但我想说这里的Fresh Shuck Oyster真的让我印象深刻，新鲜又好吃！ 当然Cony最爱的还是【Beef Lollipop牛肉棒棒糖】啦，小小一块的，看了心情棒棒哒还可以轻易地一口吃进口里。呵呵。。。
