就在这斋戒月里的自助晚餐，Starz Diner提供多样化的开胃菜、佳肴、马来风味饭、小食、煎炸物、阿拉伯式食物、烤肉串、意粉、碳烤食物、传统美食及甜品。其中较瞩目的为黑酱牛肉Rendang、玛莎拉青椒鸡、Lemang、Ketupat、油饭、红子鸡。另外，还有咖喱巨锅不容错过。

During this Ramadhan Buffet Dinner, Starz Diner offers a variety of appetizers, hot dishes, Nasi Kandar corner, hot plate and fritters, Arabian station, Kebabs, Pastas, Charcoal Grills, traditional delicacies and desserts. Some of the prime highlights of the buffet are Rendang Daging Hitam Manis (Beef cooked in Sweet Dark Soy Sauce), Chicken Masala with Green Chili and Chickpeas, Lemang and Ketupat with Chicken Serunding (Flavoured Glutinous Rice with Chicken Floss) and Nasi Minyak and Ayam Masak Merah (Scented Rice with Ghee and Chicken Casarole in Spiced Tomato Gravy). The live Kawah stations that serve traditional curry in a giant crock pot are not to be missed.

Stepped into May of year 2019, it is the season for our beloved Malay friends to practise fasting month tradition, with anticipate mixed feeling for the daily opening meal gathering session with friends and family members. In this month, most of the hotel introduced Ramadhan buffet dinner so that food lovers could enjoy delicious food at hotel restaurant after fasting.

Cony非常荣幸第一次受邀到槟城著名的五星级酒店Eastern & Oriental Hotel 享用斋戒月的自助晚餐。据知，Ramadhan Buffet Dinner与平日不同之处为其新增的Action Stall和马来糕点。这是为了迎合马来同胞们的佳节气氛并且希望藉此吸引更多的顾客前往用餐。

It is an honor for Cony to be invited cordially to enjoy this Ramadhan Buffet Dinner by one of the Penang famous 5 stars hotel named as E&O Hotel. Based on my understanding, the difference between Ramadhan Buffet Dinner and International Buffet Dinner is the newly added Action Stall and Malays pastry selections. This is to match with the theme of Malays Fasting month in order to create the festival atmosphere.

话说Action Stall其实是以Bazaar Ramadhan式在户外摆放着不同食物的摊档供顾客选择，绝对不失传统特色。当中少不了的重头戏有原汁原味的碳烤全羊和碳烤的鸡、牛、羊沙爹串。饮料方面有玫瑰汁加牛奶和拉茶。这些食物饮料都具备了马来风味，迎合开斋节庆。至于马来糕点则有各式各样的传统糕点。

Talking about Action Stall, it is actually presented in the form of Bazaar Ramadhan where the discrete stalls with various foods are distributed at outdoor of E&O Hotel Sarkies restaurant for customer selection eventually helped to keep the tradition. Among the stalls, barbecue whole lamb and satay skewer of chicken/beef/lamb are the focal. Regarding to the beverage, there are Bandung(Roses Milk) and Teh Tarik(Milk Tea) available. These Malays style selections are specially prepared for Hari Raya celebration.
