Soul Cafe在今年的周年庆月份里把本土食物的元素加入意大利面里，充分的表现出就地取材中西合拼的厨艺。
另外一款意大利面命名为【Hae Pasta】,即是虾的福建话的直译。这道食物灵感来自槟城虾面，但却改成了完全没有辣味。酱汁是采用鲜虾壳及虾头膏调制而成，有淡淡的苦味。建议喜欢清淡点的意大利面口味的朋友可以尝试。
除此之外，还有另一款【Passion Lemon Salmon 柠檬百香果三文鱼】。由于这道食物提早售完，估计是最受欢迎的一道。喜欢香煎三文鱼的朋友可以亲自去尝试。
甜点方面，Cony大力推荐【Riot of Colour】这道由几种水果合成的甜点可谓好看好吃好玩。独特之处是蓝花泡制的胶质汤，不会太甜但带有浓浓的芳香。色彩缤纷中，夺目而出的是由草莓拼成的玫瑰花，还有采用椰汁浸的Sago，充满弹性和椰香。
早餐方面，Soul Cafe推出7款永久性的早餐套餐。对附近上班的人士可以说是多一种选择。
Soul Cafe座落于Jalan Kek Chuan七彩缤纷的建筑物。如果你从Komtar 的方向前来，经过New Lane美食街后，在《火锅小厨》/回教堂旁边的小路转左后就会看到这排彩虹九阁老屋啦！
Jalan Kek Chuan其实是以槟城华裔名人-林克全命名的一条街道。几年前这栋建筑物被粉刷成五颜六色，建立出带有特色的槟城老屋，更是成了许多游客打卡拍照的建筑物！今天介绍的Soul Cafe就是这排老屋中蓝色的那间啦！
Soul Cafe 店内以木色为主的装潢，搭配亮度适中的灯光及慢音乐，让你一踏进去就有种很放松的感觉。
