槟城五星级酒店Eastern & Oriental (E&O) HOTEL 的餐厅Sarkies 于2020年6月12日 (星期五) 重新对外开放！ 目前餐厅并不提供一如往常的Buffet 自助餐，但他们推出了更吸引人的全新用餐概念 -- 无需走动，只需按菜单点餐，选择想要吃的美食，服务生会为你送上一道道的餐点。

菜单上可见，Sarkies餐厅的招牌美食 --  E&O Famous Roast Duck 烤鸭, 咖喱鱼头Salmon Fish Head Curry, BBQ Roast & Chicken Rice 鸡饭, Double Boiled Herbal Soup 药材汤, Salmon Fillet, Seafood on the Ice 海鲜拼盘, Sushi & Sashimi, 炒粿条 Penang Char Kuey Teow, Mee Mamak, 福建虾面 Hokkien Prawn Mee, 槟城叻沙 Penang Laksa, Fishball Noodle Soup, Pastas, 甜品等等。。。
