槟城咖啡馆，不断在增加。独特的设计摆设或特色，都可以吸引不少客人前来坐坐休息，吃吃好料。在槟城市区 Pengkalan Weld Ferry 码头的对面，有一座白色的大厦，叫Wisma Yeap Chor Ee。经朋友推荐，得知原来这大厦底楼开了一间很好吃的 Pizza餐厅，名字叫Yin's Sourdough Pizza & Cafe。 许多人应该还不知道它的存在。想吃健康天然原料的Pizza，可以选择来这里尝一尝！他们的面包包括比萨的面团都是自然的发酵，只是面粉和水而已；完全无面包酵母。他们选用最基本的原料让面包发酵，并不添加化学物品或防腐剂。食材方面，则是源自本地天然有机农业。因此，顾客可以安心的享用这最精致和新鲜的 from farm to plate 食物。

Yin's Sourdough Pizza 是 Real Bread Campaign 的会员之一。他们极力推广和诠释 Real Bread is that made without the use of processing aids or any other artificial addictives。这就是Yin's sourdough pizza 如何自制他们的面包和比萨。另外，他们也是Slow Food Movement 的会员。【Good 、Clean、 Fair】 是他们餐厅经营的基本原则。

Slow Food is a grassroots organization founded by Carlo Petrini in Italy in 1986. It has since spread worldwide. Promoted as an alternative to fast food, it strives to preserve traditional and regional cuisine and encourages farming of plants, seeds and livestock characteristic of the local ecosystem. It was the first established part of the broader Slow movement. Its goals of sustainable foods and promotion of local small businesses are paralleled by a political agenda directed against globalization of agricultural products.

餐厅里的摆设十分特别，不但有休闲椅子、儿童天地、还有两个书架，上面有许多书本让顾客阅读；最特别的是店里还有一架白色的The One Smart Piano！！！

很适合在那里拍照的书架 + 墙壁 !
